Boston Market - San Jose

My sandwich was made incorrectly with missing cheese, barely any chicken, and contained two large bones and one small bone. I am lucky I didn't get hurt from this. Who believes it's acceptable to serve food like this? Where is the quality control? Additionally, we ordered an apple pie but received a pumpkin pie instead.

The service was terrible and the prime rib was the worst I have ever had! The meat was overcooked and dry, it was just awful. They ignored my curbside pickup, so I had to go inside, and even then, they continued to ignore me. I tried for 10 minutes to get someone's attention. One guy I tried to talk to about my order walked away as I was speaking to him and never came back!! The manager was not wearing a mask. It was a total disaster. I will never go back, ever.

Online ordered by “Active Menu”. It was easy to order online. I ordered the cable junk, it was really good. I'll order it the next time.

Picked up Thanksgiving turkey food there, and it was very delicious! The place is clean and the staff are friendly! And although the line was too long when I arrived, it was very fast!

Great greeting and service was the lady of greeting me was very helpful with the explanation as she noticed, I did not know what to order and the type of menu they had.
