T J Bakery - San Jacinto

Called to ask about a cake. Lady interrupted me rudely saying, Sorry I’m busy and hung up while I was still asking a question.

I have been coming to this bakery for about a year now. Their bread is always fresh. The tamales they make in the morning are delicious and so is their champurrado. For the holidays I have ordered baskets made of bread with bread inside , everyone in my family loved them and asked where I had got them! This is my favorite bakery and I highly recommend it.Also, they don 't make cakes here. I believe the below reviews are outdated and this place might be under new ownership.

I absolutely LOVE the bread from this place!!!! Have been to so many bakeries but not ONE comes even close to this location. Best bakery I've ever been to.

Their conchas/pan dulce are so delicious. A great tip is to ask when they usually bake conchas and go at that time, they are good both ways but straight out of the oven is irresistible!

The woman working in the afternoon was quite rude; she was watching me as I took some bread, and even as I got into my car, she continued to give me dirty looks. On the bright side, the rest of the staff is fantastic. I’m not sure what her name is, but I would recommend visiting when she isn’t around.
