Non è che mi aspettassi un piatto da ristorante stellato ma neppure quello schifo! Il pane del burger era vecchio, i nuggets sono stati scongelati e fritti male, caldi fuori e freddi all'interno! A completare il tutto la strafottenza del personale, completamente assente dalla sala e senza nessuna logica lavorativa (non puoi portarmi al tavolo antipasto e panino insieme! era evidente la fretta di andare a casa ma non è così che si fa! Perché tenete aperto un posto del genere? l'unica cosa decente era la coca cola, ma una lattina 3,20 € è un furto! Ottima location, ottimo cibo, per il servizio sono rimasto un po' perplesso, per due volte ho dovuto richiedere ai camerieri le posate che si erano scordati, quella del dolce non mi era stata comunque consegnata ad ho mangiato con quello di mia moglie. Quando cercavi di chiamarli sembrava che non ti vedessero mai e comunque tranne qualche eccezione trasmettevano un senso di scocciatura. I am a regular customer, I generally love coming to this place and there have never been any major problems except a few evenings ago where the problem of the constant changing of staff in the room created an unpleasant inconvenience where one of the very young room boys well thought out to stare at parts of my partner's body in an unpleasant way to the point of making her feel uncomfortable or wanting to go first I can understand the lack of experience of a guy but rudeness and scenes like that no next time if I come I won't pretend you're welcome but I'll say a few words to this boy who is also constantly busy flirting with his colleagues, really a loss of style in a family place where only a stupid person wouldn't have understood certain jokes made to colleagues, I'm really sorry and amused for what happened given how high the quality of the food is in general. Speaking to the owner, Mr. Luciano some time ago told me how much he cared about the quality of the service. I believe and hope that this is just an oversight and it doesn't become a habit in taking young people. the kind that roosters do in the henhouse with customers and colleagues. After several experiences at this branch of the well-known chain I believe that 3 stars is the right number of stars. The food is quite good, but it depends on what you choose. Last night I had their famous and much sponsored smash burger, also advertised on the first page of the menu. The hamburger inside the bun was nothing more than a hamburger, perhaps not even 100 grams, as thin as those found in lower quality fast food restaurants. The smashed meat, which should have an excellent mallard reaction given by the pressure of the meat during cooking, was completely absent. Instead the meat was the same as an ordinary hamburger on one side, and gray as if it had been boiled in water on the other side. Really bad... The flavor of the sandwich was given above all by the Texan sauce, which in my opinion was good, but which however dominated the other ingredients too much. I'll tell you now about another previous experience. At a table of 4 people we order 2 sandwiches and a mixed grill for 2 and an appetizer to bring first. The starter arrives together with all the other courses even though we had asked to bring it first. When they bring the dishes, they all arrive except mine, which is quite late. So I ask my friends to start eating, since my hamburger would probably arrive soon too. When my sandwich finally arrived I noticed, only after tasting it, that not only was it not a double hamburger, but it was actually a totally different sandwich. When I point this out to the staff, they bring the sandwich back. After about another very generous 5 minutes, a waiter from the kitchen shows up to ask me if I was okay with eating the sandwich that they had brought me by mistake and that I hadn't ordered. Obviously I said no, and in my opinion it was an unacceptable proposal, made worse by the fact that everyone else was finishing eating and still the waiter was at my house asking me to take back the wrong sandwich (so they hadn't even started preparing what they wanted).
