Phoenix Dessert - San Gabriel

Save this place only for their durical role. I like their durical role, but nothing else. Other things were like that. And the staff wasn't really inviting.

I should give them a 4 stars as their deserts taste great and their service is fast. They also provide a lot of choices of deserts that other desert shops don't sell. However, they should be more courteous and a bit more polite when speaking to people.

Lovely hot dessert for a cold winter. The sweetness is just nice. Many cold herbal drinks and desserts available too.

If you like your mochi rolls, Phoenix is where it?s at. The staff was bizarrely organized. Missing orders, handing them to the wrong ppl, running after ppl in the parking lot when they realized their mistakes. The whole thing was weird. But. I got all my stuff to-go sooo wasn?t that big of a deal for me. 3 stars.

While this Phoenix is a little smaller than other locations, this one always has the full dessert menu, whereas others seem to be out of some items or not offer others. The ladies are super friendly and service is fast. Prices are inexpensive and they are open late :
