Unfortunately, the fries aren’t very crispy, and my garlic fries were hardly flavorful. The good news is that you can top your burger with salad, red onion, jalapeños, grilled onions, and tomatoes at no extra cost. If you’re looking to save a bit, you could even create a salad. You can place your order at a kiosk, with a cashier, or through their website. I also tried a cookie and a "cream-kid-glitter" dessert, which tasted just as expected—like vanilla ice cream with Oreo cookies. There are two seats available for dining, but if you prefer a more relaxed setting, Yerba Buena Gardens is just outside, perfect for enjoying a meal on a bench or the grass.
Fries were cold and burger was over salted. Best to come during slightly busier timing otherwise the fries they serve would have been sitting out for a while. Burger was well prepared but the grilled onions on top were just too salty. Very different from the last visit I ate here. Will try the brunch round the corner on market street the next time.
The chicken sandwich was fantastic, especially with all the complimentary toppings, and the garlic fries tasted just as delicious as they smelled. However, the standout was the banana milkshake—it was truly one of the best milkshakes I've ever had, regardless of flavor!
As for the chocolate dip, it's quite hard and thick. The ice cream leans more towards being icy rather than creamy, reminiscent of TCBY. It wasn't really my preference, but I do like that they offer a junior version for smaller portions. The service was a bit slow, and the staff didn’t seem very enthusiastic; they might have been overwhelmed by the sudden influx of visitors—about 40,000 attending the conference next door. Overall, if you’re looking for tasty burgers and don’t mind a little grease, this place is worth a try!
Yum. If you're looking for a fast casual experience, that's pretty solid. Note that the burgers and pommes are on the fat side, but delicious. Expect to pay 8-$11 for a burger or her spicy chicken sandwich. I always get the garlic fries; they are crispy, with garlic and cheese on top. Not too much for the indoor atmosphere, but there is a good amount of seating and is pretty busy.
