フィードバックを提供するI ordered chicken breast sub. I got home and when I got down to my last bite, I felt a hard object almost going to my gums. When I surveyed the object..it was embedded in the end of the chicken. It was about 1 inch long skinny object..looks like a bone (off white in color). I was of course taken back and disgusted. I immediately took pics and also pics with my receipt next to it so they can note the date and time on receipt and note the date my phone took pic. I had to get ready for work...so no time to go back to establishment. I called and I rung a few times and then a noise like a fax machine came on. I hung up and called again and a lady answered. I told her what happened and she said that I could come back and they could make another one for me. I told her no, I dont want another one..I want my money back. She then spoke in native language to someone else and next thing..she hung up. I was not rude or anything for her to do so. I called back and it rang forever. Called back again..same fax machine noise. I then said I'll just go by the next day after I get off. Went there after I got off..lady working told me, manager doesnt come in until 11am. I dont have time to be back and forth over this matter as I'm from out of town. I would not eat at this establishment..serving foreign objects that were embedded in my meat and terrible customer service!! I had to rate it something for post to go thru..but I would've rather rated it 0 stars!!
The veggie six inch was good, but not for the price. Next time, and there will be a next time, because the service was great. Next time I have to get the tuna with the veggie sub.
Placing an order via app results in a cashier who claims they never got the order, refuses to help or give a refund. The app says it was accepted and made and what time to pick it up. After waiting an HOUR arguing with him on this being their problem with the system not my issue, he still refused to help, make my sandwiches or give a refund. AVOID THIS FRANCHISE AND LOCATION AT ALL COSTS. They will only steal your money and you're out of luck unless your bank can dispute and refund.
Terrible.. The woman was to busy talking to her coworker that she messed up my order. I was in a hurry so I just to it and left. When i ate it the bun was so dried out it started to crumble apart.. I would never recommend this place. Just terrible..
This morning, I ordered a breakfast sandwich and requested honey oat bread, only to find out that they no longer serve it. The woman behind the counter, who I believe was Chinese, raised her voice and insisted that I choose from the breads displayed. I found her behavior rude and disrespectful. There was no need for her to shout. Good customer service is essential, and it’s important to treat customers with respect.
