It makes me want to give this a three-star review. Yet, I still can’t. The can of diet soda I purchased in October 2023 was expired since December 2022. It had gone bad a full month before my old building burned down, in an entirely different year! I understand that keeping convenience stores well-stocked can be a challenge, but come on—a can of soda? You should be checking expiration dates at least three or four times a year. It was disgusting, and I ended up pouring out 94% of it.
Great neighborhood store. No deli, but plenty of grocery options (extremely limited produce), good booze selection, and really friendly service here.
The cashier told my friend that he didn't lime the at she talked because she was Irish. The xenophobia and sexism exhibited by this man was absolutely infuriating and unacceptable, ESPECIALLY in such an accommodating and ACCEPTING city such as San Francisco. There is no place for that behavior in this city.
This place is disappointing. I've lost count of how many times they've overcharged me, likely because I was a bit tipsy. I do not recommend it.
I stopped by to grab some drinks before heading to Corona Heights with a group. I picked up a pineapple juice and a sparkling drink in a can, though I can't remember what it was. It's just another neighborhood market in San Francisco offering drinks and snacks. HAHA. It was a bit messy inside.
