Jamba Juice - San Francisco

I love Jamba Juice! This location is just as great as the others. It's conveniently close to me, which is a bonus. The only downsides are that parking can be a challenge and it doesn't open until later in the day (around 7:30pm closing time). However, the staff is always friendly and helpful. Today, Alex went above and beyond by explaining all the different ingredients I could use to customize my drink and combining my gift cards. Excellent service! I've been here multiple times and will definitely be back. While there is another Jamba Juice nearby at UCSF, it's smaller and likely takes away some business, making this location less crowded.

I visit this restaurant at least once a week to get my favorite smoothie. Aracely and Vina provide excellent service and are always friendly. They make sure I have everything I need, including napkins and straws. Thank you, ladies, for the great service!

I feel sorry for the Jamba workers here, they always appear to be understaffed, especially on hot days. A couple of weeks ago, I waited for 20 minutes to receive two smoothies. The staff are all friendly, but there were only three of them working in 90-degree weather. I am writing this mainly for the owner to take note of.

I have been a Jamba Juice customer for over a decade now and I have to say out of all the Jamba Juice locations the Irving and 9th location is the best!!! All the staff kind and provide excellent customer service every time I go in for my after workout smoothie. I would like to give a special acknowledgement to Aracely! She is wonderful always smiling and cheerful! This location is even better because of her!

Best Jamba Juice place with many good employees! They are so nice to customers and definitely will visit again!
