The lunchtime line was long but the guys serving moved things along quickly. You can help yourself to various soft drinks and water, included in the price.
The burrito bowls are tasty and a great light meal, especially after a workout at the gym. I had a positive experience at Chipotle—friendly staff, delicious food, excellent service, and a clean environment.
I visit this restaurant during my lunch break since it's conveniently located near my workplace, and I consistently receive friendly and quick service. The food is always fresh and flavorful. I particularly enjoy their gigantic burritos. They've recently added queso to the menu, but I’m not a fan. It's not terrible, but the texture is a bit off for me. I probably won't order the queso again, but I'll definitely keep returning for the chicken burritos.
Each time I visit, I notice employees often sitting around on their phones, and it’s common for no one to be behind the counter to greet customers. Some staff members even check out customers while distracted by their phones—there’s one girl in particular with noticeably dark teeth who stands out. Additionally, the food is frequently out of stock or not properly prepared. There’s a clear issue with either employee training on portion sizes or a lack of care, since I sometimes get an enormous serving of guacamole or corn. The lines can be frustratingly slow too, often only two or three people are working around 7 PM, despite the location being right next to a gym. The only exception seems to be one employee—she has a white cat phone case and is genuinely friendly and professional, providing good service. I would love to dine at this location more often since it’s conveniently located near my gym, but the overall experience needs significant improvement from management to make that happen.
