These individuals took my payment but refused to provide me with the food! Complete thieves.
Furthermore, a bicycle messenger who was picking up a customer's meal was also denied restroom access. Additionally, I noticed that a man who did not resemble the employees was charged for sauce, while others were not. Surprisingly, I was not charged for anything. When I brought up these concerns to the manager, he advised me to confront the employee who lied about the restroom situation. However, she chose to avoid the conversation by hiding behind a door. I also discovered that the restaurant was not listed on the Better Business Bureau website. In this diverse community, all the employees appeared to be alike, and I overheard some concerning comments from them. Moreover, the restaurant staff encourages customers to take a survey for a free drink or meal, but they tear the receipt, preventing customers from participating. This inconsistent and biased behavior is unacceptable. I believe it stems from racism and reflects poorly on the business. Everyone deserves fair treatment and opportunities, but it seems that this restaurant caters to a specific group while disregarding others. As someone who has served in the military for 10 years, I find these actions disgraceful and detrimental to our country. I urge the restaurant to find a real solution to address these issues and create a more inclusive and equitable environment for all customers. It is time for this establishment to improve its practices and move away from discriminatory behavior.
The worst. Had a large fries and soft serve cone...immediately got the runs like you wouldn't believe.
