Winchell's Donut House - San Fernando

This restaurant is open 24/7, consistently clean and well stocked. The staff are always kind, even when you are seeking shelter from the elements. The food is consistently delicious - I highly recommend the pastrami bagel or a heated up apple fritter.

A few years ago, I visited this restaurant on a weekend morning and was disappointed to find that they did not have any chocolate donuts or chocolate twists. However, I am pleased to say that they have since improved and my family and I were all very happy with our meal.

This was my first time visiting this restaurant and I enjoyed the donuts, although they are not as good as others I have tried. The only downside of this place is the employee, a young lady with a bad attitude who doesn't know how to smile or say thank you. If you're not happy with your job, then why bother working?

Its different there is mexican food in there looked good but I just got doughnuts on the way back to Sacramento will stop in there when going back to Los Angeles

Friendly service.. Would have got 5 stars but one of my donuts came off as stale. Wasn't my first visit and I never had that happen before..Just will be mindful and ask, how long the donuts have been there.
