Give this place your money! They do a great job, this area has a few sushi places and most are very expensive.No matter if there is “money” in the area, value is important I don’t care who you are! The menu here has variety, the service is quick and friendly, and they do great with takeout orders being packaged well and with high quality ingredients.I’ve tried pretty much every roll and they’re fair portions compared to other places nearby.Their specials feature fun options that add even more variety! People in this area can be overly critical for no reason, this place deserves 5 stars!!!

A hidden gem of Carmel Valley. We've done frequent takeout from here during the pandemic, and last night went in person for dinner. It was really amazing the best hot stone bowl bibimbap we've had in San Diego, which kept the rice hot and crispy (as good as what we've had in koreatown in nyc and LA). They had a hot clay pot that kept the tofu stew bubbling for the entire dinner. Large fresh oysters, great rolls and sushi, and fun welcoming sushi chefs and manager. Very reasonably priced for the great quality!

Amazing service and delicious food. Recently remodeled. Looks very nice and clean . Garlic edamames are the best !

Whenever I eat at a new spot, customer service and food are the first things I look at. Having said that...ALL of the staff were so hospitable! Everyone greets you as soon as you walk in. Inside the restaurant was really clean and seating arrangement is spaced not too close to each other. We were seated right away and given the menu. Our orders were taken and were given ample amount of time to decide what we wanted.We ordered the miso soup, calamari and sushi. The Surf Turf and Tokyo Town rolls were yummy! Pretty cute detail they wrote the name of their restaurant in the calamari sauce. When we paid our bill, the owner approached us. She wanted to make sure we enjoyed our meal which we sure did! I wish I got her name but she said she's been the new owner for a few months now. It started to get busy when we left which means they are definitely doing something right!
