The Grill At The Lodge At Torrey Pines

Great casual but excellent quality dining post golf. Burger was great as were the ribs. Homemade potato chips with the onion dip were delicious.

The only thing was that we made a reservation. The host took us to a table that was outside next to the walk way. We asked that we could be closer inside. But the host said there might be reservation requested those tables. So we settled in and noticed that there were not anyone there for another 40 min.

The setting on the outside patio is perfect. We were seated immediately at a very good table and enjoyed excellent service throughout the lunch. Our food was served very quickly. I had the avocado toast with added lox, and my friend had the grilled chicken sandwich. Both were excellent, and accompanied by a fresh, delicious salad.

We visited Torrey Pines Grill, adjacent to a stunning golf landscape with ocean views. Overhead jets occasionally disrupted chats. Main courses, like ceviche, could improve; salads seemed overpriced. However, desserts impressed. Overall, it offers a unique dining experience with a scenic touch.
