The food was authentic Mexican food, hot, and some of the best I have had.

Stayed at the motel on my way up the coast. Read the reviews and was skeptical, but had to try the attached restaurant as I?ve had Mexican food all over California (Born and raised in San Francisco and the Southwest and think I have a good idea what good and great Mexican food is. (I?m a serious burrito freak and had the Carne Asada ?Macho? burrito...never seen one so large!! -Bought a cooler and ice pack to save the rest and babied that leftover for two overnight stops before I had access to a microwave!! My verdict is this was among THE best I?ve had to date. Seriously. Plus our waiter, Antonio was one of the most personable waiters I?ve experienced. He was extremely proud of the food he served and his service was excellent. If you like Mexican food and are anywhere close to this place, you?ll be doing yourself a serious disservice if you don?t try this restaurant.
