Paris Bakery - San Diego

I have read that there was another Vietnamese sandwich shop behind the Plaza of A-Chau, but I always forget to check it because Paris Bakery is literally nested at the end of the narrow plaza. I finally came here on a Saturday morning at 7:30. I read this place opens at 5:00 and I thought I was early, but there were people who were already there when I came here. I have her grilled pork Vietnamese sandwich, a pate chaud and a baguette to go home. The first time with Pate Chaud, this is a warm pastry filled with ground pig. One could say how fresh it was; the pastry itself was warm and fluffy, and it was the perfect way to start my morning. I had my grilled pork sandwich later on the day for lunch and that hit the place! Your fill-to-bread ratio is fixed, which is a plus in my book. My partner and I liked their baguette and nailed on it the next days. I would definitely try their spring rolls, desserts and other offers here next time. The service was quick and easy to order in return. There are no indoor seating places I could remember.

This place is amazing! I always come here for their breakfast Bahn Mi's! They are perfect. They make everything in house and it's all quality. Service is always great because it is family owned. Definitely recommend this place.

Hands down best cafe su da I've tried in San Diego. Also they're banh mi is the best. This place is in rotation of monthly eats.
