Luigi's New York Giant Pizza

The pizza is great, but the customer service leaves much to be desired. Be cautious, as they may overcharge you if you're not paying attention. Make sure to bring your coupons and inquire about any deals. It's unfortunate that they don't seem to grasp the importance of customer service and repeat business. Nonetheless, enjoy your meal!

It used to be my favorite pizza place, but after the price increases and the way they handled a mistake they made with my order, I no longer feel comfortable going there. The way they speak to their loyal customers is disappointing. I'm moving on to other options!

The pizza is decent, but the staff seems to neglect orders unless you place them in person. They either get the order totally wrong or forget it altogether.

Just tried their special 1499 for wings and a 1 topping large was really good can't wait to try more stuff off the menu ty guys very much!!

If you are desperate for pizza that is double the price, and half the size of a “Zappy’s” Pizza (2 blcoks to the west in the University Square shopping cent4er), then this is your place. I only went here because I was too damned tired to walk the 4 blocks to get an actual FULL-SIZED pizza from ZAPPY’S . I would NOT recommend this plkace for more then a “one-time only” visit.
