I order a taco salad they forgot my beans and three bites in I see a hair thinking it could have been mine but then see another hair and then a clump a hair. Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

My order wrong to begin with then didn't give me the cups for the drinks when I Texas sized and when I got my order they gave me small fries instead of large fries and the supervisor or manager started arguing that I hadn't Texas Sized my order before he even checked it out. They always get my order wrong but I keep going back hopefully they have changed evidently not Service: Take out

Was in like for 45min line never moved, employees must have the worst management (never again)

Worst customer service I have experienced from a fast food joint. Sat for over an hour for a couple of burgers. Had to go in and complain just to get out order. Terrible place! The food was cold. Had to throw away my fries because they were so cold. There was one car in front of me, and it seemed like they took forever, so there's no reason for my fries to have been cold, and when your cheese isn't even melted on your burger you just know that it wasn't fresh. I would have gone back, but I was just driving through on my way to Kingsville. Service: Take out
