The only thing I want to see more here is a staff that is more charismatic. The busboy was certainly only there and seemed to have no initiative to clean up what to do and move, as someone only stole his puppies. Be ready to clean your table. I am surprised that the games are regularly wiped, as I did not see any game cleaning when I was there for 2 straight hours. My travels here are limited due to the lack of obvious cleaning. Update: September 2022. Chuck E Cheese does not come to the announced time to dance and greet the children. was here for 1.5 hours that covered 2 times Chuck E Cheese didn't come out after the countdown. Facilities were clean, bathrooms were clean, tables and games were also fine. No regular sanitation takes place so easy fyi.
My daughter celebrated her birthday there, today, with her closest friends. She had a fun time and so did her friends. There cleaning employees constantly walking around, making sure it kept safe for everyone.
We enjoyed and thought it was a perfect place to take our 4 year old for his birthday. We all really liked the pizza oddly enough. Yeah it was overpriced like everything there but what do you expect. Seriously though, the pizza was good and I even ordered a gluten free pizza for my wife. Salad bar looked really good too but that?s probably because no one ate any and the presentation was preserved. Who knows could have been all plastic. Anyway it?s all about the unlimited play. Whoever at Chuck E. Cheese HQ came up with this idea is a scholar and should be awarded a Nobel piece prize. We played all the games (yes they are primarily for kids under 7, it?s Chuck E. Cheese). Everything seemed clean and the staff was nice. Would give it 5 stars but am a little disappointed that they got rid of the animatronic robots all together. The dance floor was cool but if you?re expecting mascots you won?t get them as Chuck E. Cheese finally decided to get rid of the creepy robots. Just spend the money and know that it?s over priced and not that great of pizza and your expectations will be exceeded and you?ll have a great time. Let?s be honest, you probably only have a couple more visits to Chuck E. Cheese in your life so why not make the most of it!
Now that we?re all able to get back out with the kids it was time to finally go see Chuck E! This location was pretty clean, not spectacular but way above average compared to other locations. The menu has changed, prices are up but what else is going up? The pizza was actually really good with a tremendous improvement pre-pandemic. We did see the tables were cleaned when a party left but not so much around the games. Speaking of which, this location does not have too many games and is catered more for the 6 and under kids, I?m assuming due to the size of the location and floor space. Our host, Bridget, was fantastic and explained in detail the new rewards system while taking our order. Chuck E could use some more energy but he did well. The place was Boo-tacular! (pun intended) and is decorated nicely for Halloween. All the kids (and some parents) in costumes really made it festive!
Cool place to bring younger children. Food isn?t the greatest but kids will eat it. This facility is clean ?relatively?. They have a bunch of arcade games and a play area. A good place to have younger birthday parties. They have a big eating area with animatronic characters. Over all a classic place that seems to stand the test of time.
