Chuck E. Cheese - San Diego

I've been coming to this Chuck E for many years and always had a great experience. However, my last visit (09/17/2022) was very disappointing. My son loves Chucke cheese performance. Today, however, we are experiencing such a heartbeat situation when my son is trying to get Chuck E. Cheese attention during a performance and Chuck e completely ignores him. He was very upset that he decided to leave Chuck e. I understand that sometimes the performance can be overwhelming, but it would be appreciated if Chuck e just recognized my son with a simple blow up or a hand wave. My son felt ignored during this performance. In addition, we waited for another performance to focus on the first Chucke E cheese performance, but Chucke never showed up again after several hours. In addition, many games did not work or out of service. Very disappointing experience that we may not visit again soon.

Great time grand daughter 1st birthday party. Service was awesome, our server Emillel was exceptional. The entertainment was great bargain for the bucks.

Kids loved it , I loved it! They have great employees that helps make the whole experience great .

This place was clean, friendly, and up to par for what my babies needed for their day. They loved their day and my party host was very attentive.

Kids liked coming to Chuck E. Cheese. Place was real clean and only a handful of kids were present. So kids were able to use the games of their choice without any wait time! Pizza was good and salad was fresh and well stocked!
