Excellent food. Excellent service. The entry was delicious! Kudos to Jesus, he is such a good waiter. The place was empty however it was a very good experience. They gave us a free tasting which was very interesting.
Luis, one of the owners, is super outgoing and very happy to share about the Posh making process. What he is doing, by bringing the ancient traditional food and drink into the tourist knowledge, is important. The atmosphere in the restaurant is stylized and intentional: a great place to spend time.
