La Bruma Tapas

Another brilliant visit to La Bruma. Situated in a sleepy neighbourhood not far from the busy streets of La Laguna and only a short walk from the Gran Hotel where we are staying. We decided to visit again as we were so impressed with here last time. It did not disappoint. We went with the tasting menu this time of four courses and a dessert. We were given stuffed peppers, octopus carpaccio, truffle and foie gras croquettes, finding with braised pork cheeks. All courses were excellent. The home made chips a real delight with the tender pork cheeks. You MUST try here. It’s got to be one of the finest restaurants on the island for us and we have visited many.

Volver a La Bruma es volver a comprobar que el resultado final de su buen hacer no es fruto de la improvisación sino de la dedicación y el esmero que ponen en la selección de productos y en su tratamiento con experimentada mano.  Buenas presentaciones y cantidades suficientes: Croquetas de chorizo y huevo frito, gyozas de mejillones, solomillo con boletus, raviolis de pato, cordero a baja temperatura... y de postre, para rematar tan lograda satisfacción, delicias de Ligia con la sobresaliente tarta de queso y dulce de guayaba o un delicioso polvito uruguayo. La esmerada atención rebosa amabilidad y simpatía. Buena relación calidad-precio y cuidada limpieza en los aseos y en el comedor decorado con original y especial acierto. Garantizada la satisfacción total y justificado el deseo de volver. Absolutamente recomendable. Mejor reservar.

Otra velada magnífica en la Bruma. Suso nos deleitó con su menú y nos hizo quedar muy bien con un amigo que no conocía el sitio. Repetiremos. Hacía unos meses que no íbamos y volveremos pronto.
