Bear Coast Coffee - San Clemente

Do yourself a favor and patronize Bear Coast next time you're down by the pier! Bear Coast is a small south OC chain, and some of the best coffee you can find. VERY reasonably priced as well. Located in the spot of the old Beach Garden Cafe, BC is very convenient to anyone going to the pier. Paid street and lot parking nearby. It can get pretty busy on weekend mornings, but if you don't mind a little wait, totally with it!

Got my entire order wrong. Not a big menu variety. Friendly staff and great environment but the food part could be better and more paid attention to. One comes here for the aesthetical aspect, nothing else.

Matcha latte was average in flavor and lukewarm. 2/5 The avocado toast had a decent amount of avocado on top, the piece of sourdough was a decent thickness and toasted perfectly. 4/5 Service would have been better if the barista named Hailey had not slammed the tip jar so rudely and forcefully right under my face as I was adding tip to my digital payment. 1/5 only because a different person had taken my order at the register.

Great array of drinks, pastries and breakfast foods! I had the cinnamon twist one day and the breakfast sandwich another, both delicious! They also made my tea perfectly
