Very disappointed in my sandwich. I ordered the BBQ Chicken sandwich which was supposed to come with ?southwestern coleslaw.? There was maybe 3 shreds of purple cabbage and that was it. Hardly any chicken, 3 or 4 little bacon bits, and tons of sauce. The salads are out of the world and I think I?ll stick to ordering salads from now on.
I ordered twice from this place, and while the salads were decent, the order was both wrong. The first time I got a completely different salad, but I thought mistakes were happening and ate it. This time I ordered avocado, Zilantro lime dressing (and even paid extra for extra dressing) and they gave me some sharp red dressing that I am not interested. I expect more for a $20 salad. I wanted to call and it's Voicemail. It won't come back.
Wow, wow WOW!!!! If you enjoy eating salads, you are for a treat. Everything is fresh, staff is friendly and makes suggestions based on what you want. The Tass makes her own dressing. So I would order it on the page for its very tasteful. Bon appétit..
Today I ordered for the first time and was shocked to pay 20.23 for a coke and salad. In all honesty, I had better salads and customer service from the lower restaurants and too much more reasonable costs. I give 2 to the young lady who helped me prepare my order because she was very nice in contrast to the owner of this facility. The chicken was dry and scarce (maybe it was a good thing). I wanted to let the one slip until I had to call and talk to the owner. I have been working customer service a large majority of my life so that comes with the knowledge that if I have a loyalty program for my customers, I need to ask them if they want to sign up and not just assume that they trust me with their phone number. I received a message that told me that I received my first point for joining the loyalty program for which I had no idea for which I signed up. I gave my phone number because many restaurants these days ask you to contact you regarding your orders, waiting times, etc. I had no idea that it was used to sign me for something I wasn't okay. My mistake was not to ask why she wanted her mistake not to inform me what it should be used for. I thought it was a simple solution and no, I was wrong. The link that was sent to me was that if I wanted to cancel my loyalty program, I would have to contact the Toss in San Carlos and that's what I did. I asked if they could please delete me from the loyalty program, and that is when the lady said she would try, but could not assure me she could. I then said, well, I was never offered to sign for them or informed that this is why you wanted my phone number to which she replied, rude, I am the owner, I, you gave your phone number, "I will see what I can do. I told her if you could sign me without my permission, then you should be able to remove me with my consent. I told her that she was quite rude for being the owner to whom she said no, you are rude and we don't need or want customers like you and hang on me. WOW! Really? Since when does anyone ask anything they have done without your acceptance being rude? Trust me, that was the first and last time I ever go to the ass because obviously there is a huge lack of customer service out of property! Treat your paying customers like this and soon you will be closed due to lack of business. Too bad the workers are more friendly and friendly! You say you don't want me as a customer. I'll dare! I don't want to support exclusion for a human being! I will spend my 20.23 in a better place with much better service! I could even go to slide and pay them for a hot meal because I know them Excell where you fail! Good luck and please! Don't answer because I'm not interested.
