Ganko Sushi - San Carlos

The salmon, hamachi, hotate, amaebi, and uni were all exceptional. The presentation was stunning!

I really enjoy this family-run restaurant; the service is always cheerful. The sushi is fresh and delicious. They have one of the best selections of rolls, and my favorite is the Carmen roll.

I absolutely love this restaurant! I've been a regular at Ganko since my son was just two years old. The owners are incredibly nice, and the food is always fresh and delicious. Lisa's tea is amazing—I even buy it in bulk from her! It’s blended with roasted rice and other ingredients, making it truly delightful. My son, who has been coming here for 17 years, believes it's the best sushi he's ever tasted. This really speaks volumes, especially since he is quite picky about his food!
