Just trying to use the damn gift card! Why is it so hard to use the Pete's gift card?

Peets is Peets. Great coffee. It's all about atmosphere and customer service when you have a fabulous product already. I will return. Good location. Good staff

Staff not friendly, order an extra hot latte just gave me an regular hot latte, asking for napkin, They said they don't have any... When you looking something, they always reject you

Staff is not friendly and they don't warm your pastries. Is this the only peets coffee that doesn't have an oven? Please improve service. Next time I'll go to Starbucks.

The barista is incredibly nice and helpful. I can in to buy a couple espresso shots for a recipe, she advised that Peet’s espresso is very acidic and likely not a good candidate, even went on to recommend alternatives. I was present for the interaction of the review posted by 888sjh. I was there when she received her first drink, she was incredibly condescending and disrespectful towards the barista. First the size was wrong, then it was not hot enough. At the end of the day it’s a matcha latte, please treat our service workers with the same respect that you demand.
