Lantigua - San Bartolomé de Tirajana

This bar is as above. Used by locals and tourists. There is tapas available to the front of the bar and the restaurant is up some stairs to the rear. There is an everyday menu with some staples but the specials menu on the whiteboard is the one to try. Google translate is worth having for translation, as some days the owner, who speaks a little english, may not be working. This all adds to the experience. From experience all the food is excellent. Give it a try.

Very tasty food at good prices. Felt very welcome when we came, both the staff and other guests greeted us when we arrived. Only locals in the restaurant when we were there and really enjoyed our visit.

Typically Spanish bar serving tapas with a restaurant serving full meals. Not in the tourist area but the food and service were excellent. I would recommend the daily menu/ specials, but we ate off both and the food was excellent. The alio is excellent and homemade. Well worth the visit for an authentic meal.

Comimos de menú y estuvo todo muy rico. El precio del menú del día lo tienen a 12 €. Pedimos potaje de espinacas y salmorejo de primero, y ropa vieja y chuletas de cerdo a la brasa de segundo. De postre un mus de limón y otro de chocolate. Todo casero, muy rico, y precio razonable. Muchísimas gracias.
