Whataburger - San Antonio

After about 30 minutes of waiting, a man at a nearby table approached me and warned that he had been waiting for his burger for quite some time. That didn't surprise me, especially with the manager occupied on her phone while other staff members stood idly by. I noticed one employee at the drive-thru was nearly hanging out of the window to serve a customer, which struck me as quite unprofessional. Overall, my experience was disappointing due to the lack of service and attention.

I had an excellent experience with the customer service at this restaurant. The staff is dedicated and works diligently to maintain a clean environment. Kudos to everyone here for their hard work! Food: 5/5 Service: 5/5 Atmosphere: 5/5

I waited 15 minutes in line for two drinks, but we still didn’t receive them, so we decided to leave. There was only one other car ahead of us. I've never had a positive experience at this place.

The food always does what it has to do service isn’t quite there, but they’ll give you what you order! I think not enough employees for the traffic. But who looks at reviews for fast food at 11PM anyway! Food: 5 Service: 2
