Whataburger - San Antonio

Horrible customer service the manager named pedro is rude Hang up on me on the phone I have issue I went a 2:20 pm today I got a salad and a Diet Coke my total was 11 something dollars n I check my banco account n is 20 dlls i I called n explain then nreliaze they dnt give me a recipe either all i have is the kitchen recipe they charge me wrong n pedro the manager simplesaid is no my problem was in the morning shift I came here at 3 so y have to call in the morning show me. The recipe u have atthe morning I explain him I live at castle hills I give him the order number he can?t find it n just keep saying is no myshift so how ima drive back I said for get my refund n lose my time. N he replied is the only way show me so now I have to gon drive over there tomorrow to see if the manager Elma can help cause this pedro is being an rude manager n I even ask him canu please check the cameras no I can?t he answered all the he has to do is being nice find the transaction w the order number Igive him I have in my recipe from the kitchen but no he couldn?t whataburguer should see if the cashier is charging people right and give them the recipe for futures inconvenience This is totally wrong

Ordered a double whataburger combo. Burger is completely cold and cheese was not melted. Assume they were leftover from a few hours before, or they just pulled some out of the refrigerator. I knew Whataburger has consistently gone down hill over the lastcouple years but thus was by far the worst yet. Also asked for extra mayo and they decided to only put a small amount of mustardinstead. I can see how difficult it is for them to tell the difference, maybe someone someone needs to explain the difference incolor? Anyway, waste of 12 dollars

This was the fastest I have ever been served at a Whataburger. It was great. I highly recommend this one.

You guys were always the fastest and gave us fresh food i miss going to y’all! please reopen soon edit as of 1.24.23 why are y’all making your employees come out in the pouring rain i’m willing to wait in the actual line for my food but i feel so bad for the employees because they don’t even have coats and it’s wet and cold out here

Real good food great service. A nicer smaller Whataburger to go to.
