フィードバックを提供するThe food here is consistently delicious, and I rarely encounter issues with missing items. I believe the prices are quite reasonable. I particularly enjoy trying the rotating specialty burgers; the chili cheese burger is fantastic!
The staff member I spoke to was wearing a headset but did not apologize or provide any explanation for the lack of service. Other employees simply glanced at me as they walked past. Eventually, at 6:35 AM, someone printed my order and began preparing the food. I ended up leaving at 6:36 AM. It took 10 minutes to get order #25 in what was an empty restaurant, despite there being a manager and staff on duty. This is not the level of service I expect from Whataburger.
Whataburger may be a straightforward burger joint, but it offers so much more. It's a true Texas classic. It was the first place I visited upon returning to Texas after a short work stint on the East Coast. The moment I crossed the Sabine River, I pulled off I-10 the second I spotted those iconic orange and white stripes. The Patty Melt is truly delicious! They have the best fries in the business. With friendly staff and fantastic food, it's the perfect combination. Just the way you like it!
I visited on September 30, 2022, around 10:30 PM, and I have to say that the woman taking orders and working the window was exceptional. It was the best customer service we've ever experienced at a drive-thru! We placed a $56 order for an Escalade full of hungry people after a day at Fiesta Texas. They got the order perfect, everything was fresh, and the staff had an amazing attitude. Thank you!
I had a very disappointing experience with the customer service at this location. I ordered four meals that came to around $60, plus an $8.75 delivery fee and a $5 tip, but I ended up receiving the wrong order. After waiting an hour, I had to drive to the store at 11:00 PM to resolve the issue. To add to my frustration, they refused to refund the delivery fee, saying it was handled by a third party. However, I placed my order through the Whataburger app, not through any third-party service. This situation is unacceptable. I won't be going back to this location; I'd prefer to spend an extra 15 minutes driving to The Rim instead.
