Viva Villa - San Antonio

This restaurant is a fantastic option if you want to avoid the big crowds and noise at Mi Tierra. It offers the same delicious food and is owned by the same people. The kids loved the quesadilla plate, and the Enchilada Trio was both delicious and generous enough to share after starting with chips, salsa, and queso. The service was quick and friendly, and the margaritas were both large and delicious.

My experience at Mi Tierra yesterday was not great. The restaurant was packed with a 1-hour wait time, so we were recommended to try it by the parking attendant. We waited a few minutes to be seated and were finally greeted by a friendly waiter. However, our drinks were served without straws and it took a long time to get them. There was confusion with our orders, with my wife's plate being taken to another table and my sides missing. The service was slow and we both ended up feeling sick the next morning. This was the only place we ate at during our trip and we will not be returning.

Very good tacos, we were not exactly coming to eat here but I decided to give this place a chance and I'm glad. We received good customer service and our waitress was patient and understanding. She ensured we left happy. Would come here again.

I don't give 6 stars because that is not an option... the best tacos I have ever had, excellent and fast service, and great price!
