Subway - San Antonio

I've been coming to this subway, along with only a handful of other ones throughout SA. Brandy one of the managers and a stellar employee) has always been extremely friendly and has a customer first attitude. One I see she has passed on to the other people working there. I never have issues with getting extra veggies when specified. The turnaround time from start to finish is almost always very fast. 5 -7 min average even with a line. Kudos to this Subway for setting the gold standard. Major kudos to the PM crew.

This is bt far one of the best subways I've been to. Everyone here is very respectful and nice. I really appreciate it and its also very clean. I enjoy grabbing my sandwiches here often!

Service was great and so was my sandwich. The staff was friendly too. If you are around this Subway give them a try.

It’s worth noting that the staff can’t showcase all the chip varieties they offer. Ironically, the chips that should be prominently displayed tend to be the less popular ones. Additionally, the store hasn’t yet adopted the modern Subway design—think of it as a green McDonald's, where outlets are accessible without a ladder. The franchise also seems undecided about what products to keep on the menu. It’s frustrating and leads me to believe that the marketing team may be lacking in both creativity and motivation, which is why I can’t give a five-star rating. On a positive note, if you love the incredibly delicious ultimate cheesy garlic bread, make sure to grab it while you can; this is at least the third time they’ve rotated it in and out of the menu!

Great Subway located in a less-than-appealing strip mall. The service was quick, and the staff were friendly. I especially admired how patient they were with an elderly couple ahead of me. I should have opted for the soup since it's such a chilly, rainy day.
