Shipley Do-nuts - San Antonio

One of the best Shipleys! I've been here for years to spare my office too early. The lady who works behind the counter is always sweet, polite and polite. She does every morning when I go!

I like this place, it's my go to for donuts. There is a dunkin donuts close by too but I personally do not like their donuts. The main lady there, I think she might be the owner or manager is always very friendly and always smiling ?. I've even gotten called a queen b4 when paying lol.

I worked here for one month. The woman Lisa is very nice to customers horrible to her employees bipolar.. Very hateful from Cambodia. I'm not an ignorant an uneducated This Lisa person I have more ethics and morals and I'm overeducated than her. Rude belittle, in abrasive. Bipolar 2 personalities. She will be out of business in a minute. Don't let her fool you she is fake. She is lazy. And Abusive towards the people that worked the best. Best of luck. She says everybody quits now I know why I know why she's a horrible person.. if u dont like customer service. The owner boss tells us to do five things at once no air. No fan. And i cant change gloves every 5 seconds. She os cheap doednt purchase correct items. Ask her to do a job. Lol

The kolaches were hot, fresh, and delicious, but I mainly want to comment on the staff—they were so friendly and kind, stopping in was a great way to start the morning!

Did not order food. Server was cleaning floor dropped her cleaning materials and went to serve me. Floor cleaning dirty hands require washing. I left without a purchase.
