フィードバックを提供するThe waiter wasn't very friendly. When I asked if my fish could be cooked separately due to shellfish allergies, he simply said no. I'm not sure about that.
The OpenTable reservation system was completely ineffective. While I understand it’s not a formal reservation, upon our arrival, we were quoted a wait time that was 30 minutes longer than what we had secured through OpenTable. In the end, we waited over an hour before being seated. The service was extremely poor; our appetizers took ages to arrive, and we had to ask about them before they finally acknowledged our order. Even then, they claimed we’d been credited for them, but we were met with accusations instead. The server made every effort to avoid engaging with us, even going so far as to walk away from other tables just to avoid making eye contact.
Red Lobster has consistently delivered great meals. We always have a wonderful dining experience here!
I go here at least once a month, like always it seems to be short staffed, but always a pleasant experience. Todays visit, my watress Maddison, had several tables she was attending, but she was always tentative and able to take care of each request in a timely manner. I spoke to the manager, Veronica, I wanted to make sure Maddison was acknowledged for her attentiveness, friendly personality and work ethics.
I understand why food was a little slow but they only had one cook working and it was during lunch hour but other than that, it was a good experience, I forgot to mention that the lobster tail had very little meat
