Pho Cong Ly - San Antonio

My family has been dining at this restaurant for 13 years, and we have become quite spoiled by the consistently high-quality food, which is always fresh, hot, and exactly as ordered. In addition to the fantastic food, we return every week for the exceptional service that gives us a true family feeling. Juan and Fong, the brothers who run the place, are outstanding. They know our usual orders so well that they often have our drinks and appetizers ready before we even sit down, and they always greet us by name. They even remember our friends who haven’t visited in over a year, while I can barely remember what happened yesterday! It’s genuinely their amazing service that keeps us coming back. We enjoy Vietnamese cuisine wherever we go, but we are truly spoiled by the way the food is prepared here and the first-class, friendly attention we receive. We couldn't ask for anything better.

As for the service, it’s quick and efficient. While it may not have that classic Texas-style friendliness, it’s still good enough for me.

I really enjoyed it. I had the 36, and it was mostly well-prepared. However, some of the pork was overcooked and a bit tough. The spring roll was tasty, though!

My all time favorite pho place! I usually get either the P2 or the P32 with an order of spring rolls! Mmm my mouth is watering just thinking about it! Great service when you sit on the right section, the left and bigger section I find usually has incompetent waiters.
