Mcdonald's - San Antonio

I would not give any stars, but I feel compelled to share one of my experiences. The manager was rude, the burger looked like it had been sitting out all day and thrown on the floor, the fries were old, and I had to wait 23 minutes for two cakes. I will never go back there again. It was even worse than McDonald's, which I've been to before. It's unfortunate that I had to deal with the actual manager. (Marja)

This device is one, almost, always busy, but it is a pretty damn, sharp, very clean and very well managed, mickey d’s! that could be because it's a training shop, from what I understand. but at several visits I have observed the day personnel, from morning to late in the afternoon shift, staff. from management to training. are attentive, almost all employees, have friendly smiles, great settings and seem to actually enjoy their work environment! wish more mcdonald’s stores would follow suit. I could visit her more often!

It's a hit or miss here at these mcdonalds. I had even more rude employees and blew food orders. they also like to make them feel as if they try to pull one over them when they tell them that they lack something. Just make sure they check their order before they go and do not lose that acknowledgement.

Very busy drive thru, so I expected that food will be turned around and fresh and hot, but sad it was not. fries, nugget and fish sandwich were cold and the sprit tasted like good water or something strange.... there was enough for me. I usually don't eat at mcdonalds, but this experience just reminded me of why.

Always friendly, easy access right off the highway. Drive thru wait is normally 3-5 min. Good coffee...
