Matamoros Y Cantina - San Antonio

During my first visit to this restaurant, I was thoroughly impressed. The food was delicious, and the place was clean and beautifully decorated. I ordered the flauta dinner with queso, while my husband chose a chicken dish. We received excellent service in a pleasant atmosphere. The staff was friendly and efficient, making our experience even better.

We had a wonderful dinner at this restaurant, and our waitress Dulce was fantastic. She was very attentive, checking in frequently to see if we needed anything, and she was especially kind to my children. Since it was our first visit, she provided great recommendations for drinks and delicious food! The atmosphere was peaceful during our Sunday visit. We're from Houston, TX, and we definitely plan to return to this restaurant the next time we're in San Antonio, TX!

Fantastic restaurant! The staff were amazing! We were a group of 12, and our server was extremely attentive, ensuring all our needs were met. The food was delicious and the drinks were outstanding!

Salsa had good heat to it but not very big chunks. The enchiladas or excellent and the rice and beans really hit the spot. I didn't have room for dessert but the samples looked amazingly delicious, next time...
