Truly some of the best Indian food in San Antonio. I love the Saag Paneer and the naan is delicious.
This restaurant offers delicious traditional Indian cuisine. I tried the Chicken Makhani, which was described on the menu as having exotic spices - in Texas terms, it was incredibly flavorful!
On a first time visit, after noticing an ad in the paper decided to try. I was greeted promptly with a smile and it was cozy a few other tables not too noisy..the temperature of the room was good. After careful consideration of menu options the wait for fresh made to order did not take long. Had the tiki marsala the chicken served on a sizzling pan basmati rice tamarind sauce w/ chips..marsala chia tea...the mango lassi yogurt..the flavor of the mango was really good..the idea of mixing the marsala w/ the rice w/ veggies. I loved how you can be flexible and eat items either by themselves of together due to each person having an individual pallet. Our server helped us understand what I was eating informing that the food items were prepared to order. He seemed to be passionate in his service and I am thankful we were able to visit. I plan on inviting my family and the ad mentioned there's a buffet offered as well at a certain time. I would give this place more than 5 Stars if possible. I would like to give special attention to our helpful waiter Suraj Kumar Thank you so much for your kindness. The rice pudding w/ pistachios for the win!Namaste
My second coming here I really enjoyed the food I tend to stick to what I know usually. Today we got windalu idk if that how you spell but our waiter so nice and told us that’s how you pronounce it wind-ah-Lu. (in the menu it says aloo bagan) I told him it reminded me of a Mexican dish in my culture called chorizo. He let us know that there were 3 different types of spiciness, mild, medium and spicy. Garlic naans are delicious. Everybody one was nice and and atmosphere is really chill. Bathrooms were also very clean and spacious.
