Grimaldi's Pizzeria - San Antonio

I had a fantastic experience with a great deal on a brick oven pizza slice and salad for just $9.99. The atmosphere was relaxed, and the bar was well-stocked. The pizza was freshly baked and delicious!

The ambiance is lovely and the service at the bar is excellent. The pizza dough is absolutely perfect! However, the toppings leave something to be desired. The sauce has a wonderful flavor, but there's so little of it that the pizza ends up being quite dry. Not much cheese is used, and the pepperoni appears to be turkey, chicken, or some other type, as it is quite small and doesn't crisp up when baked. The pizza looks amazing, but I was disappointed with the taste, texture, and toppings.

Place and service was great, pizza is really good too, just very skimpy on the meat toppings. On the 18' asked for bacon and Italian sausage and counted 10 tiny pcs of sausage and had to look for the bacon. Was kind of disappointed with that since u have to pay extra for each topping. This is the 2nd tIme this has happened and we have been 4 times. Hope it gets better, otherwise have to find a new place.

The pizza is very tasty and crunchy thin. I highly recommend it. Good vibes at the restaurant after shopping at the mall with the fam.
