Chick-fil-a - San Antonio

Always awesome, tried the Spicy Chicken Deluxe sandwich. It did not disappoint. Only thing is the lines because it's good. It's worth it.

We have always loved Chick-fil-a but since they have don’t the remodel we have had not one but 2 bad experiences at this location. We have been going there since 2011. The first time they forgot half of our order and this time they gave us someone else’s order. Both times at the drive through. Of course we didn’t realize until we were home. It is too far to drive back. That makes twice in a row they have messed up our order. Nothing is worse than expecting chicken nuggets when you get home and end up with a spicy chicken sandwich that the kids can’t eat so you just have to throw in the trash. Very disappointed in this location lately. Might be a while before we go back.

I am so disappointed in this store. It was closed for remodeling for a long time. It recently opened and it is dirty. The floors were dirty, along with the tables and booths. I wish the staff cared more. It's bad.

Always missing items from my order. By the time they give me the things they forgot to put in the bag, my food has already gone cold. It is very frustrating. I understand humans make mistakes, but this happens every single time! I'm dumb for continuing to go back to this location lol

Nice people, fast service, but when we got our food; our chicken was burnt, fries were old and stale, found a cardboard in our drink, got the order wrong and (of course least important) forgot to put in condiments.(since it was a Togo order). Never been disappointed by a Chick-fil-A before..
