Chick-fil-a - San Antonio

I absolutely love this place! The service is the best I've experienced, hands down! Even with long lines, the service remains quick. What I appreciate most is that when you ask for extra condiments, you actually receive them with a smile!

I consistently receive excellent service at this Chick-fil-A, thanks to the friendly staff and the fresh food. I could have settled for the complimentary breakfast at my nearby hotel, but my experience there was disappointing. I felt like I had to justify my stay to the front desk, which is something you shouldn't have to do at a hotel. After that encounter, I decided it was worth it to pay for a good breakfast elsewhere. That’s why I chose this Chick-fil-A today, and I’m glad I did—I enjoyed another fantastic breakfast. It’s impressive when a business can provide great customer service on a good day, but it’s even more commendable when they do it every single day, like this Chick-fil-A. Keep up the fantastic work, everyone! You truly are a model store.

Fast efficient and hard working staff. Food was made quickly and perfectly. Don't recommend the frozen lemonade though. Comes with whipped cream... Not a good combo

Drive thru was crazy...but it seems chic fil a always is. Got down and ordered inside take out. Service was fast and friendly. Just one thing I could maybe suggest, is to have a bilingual cashier available. The customers in front of me had some problems finding an employee that spoke Spanish. Luckily, the customer in front of them helped out.

The staff is incredibly friendly! It’s wonderful to be back indoors and see such welcoming faces. The play area has reopened, which is fantastic for our kids and provides a nice little break for mom.
