フィードバックを提供するWe were visiting from out-of-town and decided to try a new bar-b-q restaurant near where we were staying. We made the wrong decision! This particular restaurant is poorly managed and the food for the most part was not good. For example, for $20 the 3-meat plate: the small serving of brisket was mostly fat, the chicken consisted of a leg and the sausage portion was a rather small serving also. The potato salad and coleslaw were good,; however, the bean side portion was basically a couple of tablespoon's in size. Besides the food, there was no self-serve refills for tea. One has to go wait at the order counter for the order taker (and cashier) to get a refill. This is the same place where pick-up orders go and wait. The menu was very small print to review while waiting in line. Also, the relish area needed to be better attended. There were no forks at one time and that area seemed unclean and not well managed. I would never go back to this location, nor probably ever try a Bill Miller's restaurant again. By the way, there is a Rudi's Bar-B-Q on the other side of the street. The Rudi's in Austin and Houston that I've eaten at are far superior to Bill's joint.
Overall Bill Millers has gone down the prices are ridiculous for the amount of food you get . The quality of food isnt great anymore either, very disappointing super dry small pieces of chicken, old soggy salad, the poor bo sandwich is laughable at how small it is and the lack of brisket, even if u do a plus, I wanted to give it another chance but wont be eating at this Bill Miller or any other again.
Nice, but I hadn't been there in a while. I can go to many other places and get more food for yhr money. I go there for convenience of time for where I am gping.
I ordered the fried chicken, and it tasted very bland. It had no flavor.
Staff was not too busy when we arrived so our food was at our table quick and hot.Sweet tea was on point and everything was great.
