We placed an order and paid over the phone, only to discover that the restaurant does not accept payments over the phone. The manager eventually came out to assist us, but was not only brusque, but also disrespectful towards his staff. We waited for about an hour to receive our food, only to find out that our order had not even been started. Despite checking on our order multiple times, we were assured that everything was in order. The staff were friendly and helpful, but it seemed like there was a lack of organization among the employees. The manager eventually took responsibility for the mix-up, but was still rude when confirming the name the order was under. While we understand that mistakes can happen, the service could have been much improved. The sandwiches we received were poorly made and did not match the pictures.

The food was dry, then the sawara dessert and poor taste. the beans were disgusting and the green beans were muddy. mac and cheese lubricated like box mac and cheese. the fried chicken looked good, but it was missing taste. will never hear again

I have been frequenting Bill Miller's restaurant in New Braunfels, Texas for over a year now, located off I-35 and Ruekle Road. However, I was highly disappointed with my recent visit. The portion sizes of my order were either very small or the breakfast tacos were disappointingly tiny. I expected more than just two small 2-inch pieces of brisket in my $3 taco. Initially, I was excited to try this new place, but unfortunately, it did not meet my expectations.

The drive-thru service at this restaurant could be improved. There is often a window that sits idle for 15-20 minutes while waiting on their meal. This has happened every time I have visited. It would be more efficient for them to have this person park aside and be fed their food separately, rather than holding up the line. Additionally, the quality of the food has declined compared to previous visits. Furthermore, my order is often incorrect, most of the time. It seems there may be a lack of management oversight in how the business is run.

They got the sorriest tacos anywhere just take a look at my bacon and egg taco. And this wasn't the 1st time it happened a few times never again
