Mcdonald's - San Angelo

We ordered from the electronic screen and had our food and cups brought to us at our table. The whole establishment was clean, the employees were polite and our food was delivered quickly and it was delicious. The playground area was a lot of fun for our 2 year old.

There is usually a bit waiting, but the staff is wonderful, and the French french fries, omg the French fries! Delish! You get my order every time and know how to run a fast grocery store. It's also pretty clean. Bonus! Food: 5/5

Service in the drive thru was fast and friendly. For a McDonald's and a lofty place this was beautiful. My order was right and they didn't cheat on my sauces. Fries were hot and fresh!!!

What can I say? I just went because of buying 1 get 1 free chicken sandwich. They were very busy, but quite fast service. 1 sandwich was good, the other looked like half a chicken patty....Food: 3/5

I understand 100% mistakes happen. like every time I come, my order is always wrong! last night they managed to fix my burger wrong as usual but they also forgot to finish cooking the meat all the way. not just once but 3 times they screwed up with raw meat. not to mention the rude customer service provided from a manager when it was brought to his attention, chill dude I'm one of the few people here that don't expect a freebie or refund. I just want my food made right preferably the first time and for sure cooked right the 1st time!
