Cafe Costa - Salzburg

The service is sufficient l, not much different from what they can expect in most Austria and Germany. but eating is excellent and at a very reasonable price. my family and enjoyed it very much.

We were in search of a place that could accommodate our group of 11. We were fortunate to find Cafe Costa. The menu included a good variety. I had a steak dinner that was delicious. Each member of our group raved about their meals. We...were happy to have a selection of vegetables which was not always the case on our Bavarian vacation. Best of all was the service. Our waiter was exceptionally welcoming, attentive, and spoke fluent English which made this meal one of our most relaxing and favorites of the vacation.

Went here for lunch and it has plenty of seating inside and out. As it was a sunny day we chose to sit outside and take in the sunshine. The menu here is largely Italian with a few Austrian bits thrown in for good measure. I had the pizza diavolo and it was quite ok. This is normally a spicy pizza but this one at the restaurant was not very spicy at all. Service here is friendly but a bit slow. Prices are also ok. They are open till late and not a bad choice for Italian in the area. If you are looking for a relatively inexpensive meal this place is quite ok.

Best meal we've had on the road trip thru Czech, Slovakia Austria. I 2nd guessed this place because it seemed touristy. We came here because it was close to the hotel but I will def mention this place on the hotel review. SO the angus beef meal was amazing according to dining companion. I asked for the pasta w mushroom cream sauce that came w chicken but I asked them to hold the chicken. It was so freaking delicious. Seriously! Mama couldn't have done it better. I will be thinking of this meal days later. For dessert we had tiramisu! I was shocked to see it was better than the one we had at the Italian restaurant from last night!! OMG this place is a gold mine. Def on my list next time I come to Salzburg. Prices were really good for Salzburg! Pasta 12/ beef 19/ dessert approx 5.

Good and tasty meat, but ordering a so-called Schnitzelteller I 'be never seen a smaller portion. Definitely not worth it!
