The Crab Shack - Salter Path

Good service, great seafood. My fried oysters tasted fresh and the frits were good. The state of the building was a little out of operation (rusty air conditioning outside), but I can pass because the food is great. You really need to control the flies. I stopped eating when you landed on my plate several times. Besides these little Hiccups, I would definitely eat again here. Seafood is a good value compared to quality.

Celebrated my birthday dinner with family here. We were a party of 7. We waited 10-15 minutes at our table without being waited on. Once someone noticed we were still sitting without drinks the staff served us two crab dips on the house, made sure the childrens meals came out first and our food followed very quickly. Each dish was amazing and at least two people wished us a good evening on our way out. Thank you for your exceptional customer service. I will definitely be returning and recommending The Crab Shack to the rest of my family and all of my friends!!

The Snow Crab was fantastic! My husband really enjoyed his rib. The lemonade was delicious too. I appreciate the COVID safety measures—they make you wait until it's your turn to enter, and everyone wears masks! Keep it up!

I typically don't leave reviews, but I felt compelled to share our incredible experience! The Crab Shack served the best seafood I've ever had. The food was fantastic, and the staff went above and beyond in their kindness and helpfulness. Despite being busy, Patrick took the time to tell us about the restaurant and offered us great personal recommendations. His hospitality truly stood out. We ordered the snow crab legs and a shrimp appetizer, and our food arrived impressively fast, even with the crowds. If there's a wait of an hour, trust me—it's worth it! That's why they are so popular. We’ll definitely be returning several times this week, thanks to the Crab Shack!

Parking can be an issue on weekends and holidays, so be prepared for a possible wait during those times. However, the service and food are quite good. While it's not an upscale seafood establishment, don't expect fancy linen napkins or square plates. They offer classic seafood prepared in various styles. We will definitely be returning for the crab!
