First of all I think the tater tots were sitting out since yesterday and the center of the chicken I don’t think it’s all the way cooked. Never red button here to order which I pushed away to get a response saying I’m sorry about that. They did not try to resolve the problem and I’ll bring you food just ask if there’s anything they could help me with.

Sonic is usually pretty good, pretty fast and accurate. This particular stop did not live up to what I had come to expect. Went through the drive through because we figured it would save some time. Drive through employee must have been in training, which is understandable. Either the headsets and equipment were screwed up or he was hard of hearing. We had to repeat every single item multiple times. We sat at the order box for over 10 minutes. He had to change something every time. Got to the window. Took another 20 minutes to get our food. Our mistake for not checking our order before we left. All sizes wrong. We ordered strawberry cream slushes, but were greeted by lime, strawberry slushes instead. Looked over the recipes and realized we were charged for larges on all drink and meals, but none of what we received were large. Also got charged for 2 extra slashes that we did not order or receive. The trainer should have stepped in at some point.

First off, the tone of your employee when he answered the stall was that of frustration and a rush... Well I know ordered at 11:00 pm when you guys closed, which I know is frustrating, BUT that doesn't mean that y'all should rush to get orders done poorly. Our shakes were not mixed which shows the laziness and careless attitude towards customer service. We didn't even get straws! I was so nice to give them a $10 tip because I knew coming at closing the was frustrating, but I still had terrible shakes... Just mix them next time and don't forget to put in the chocolate syrup!
