フィードバックを提供するI had an absolutely amazing experience at this restaurant. The meat server was outstanding and the quality of the food was top-notch. A special thank you to Gonzalo, who was extremely attentive and helpful in making sure we were well taken care of and had all the meat we wanted. Even our server earned bonus points for their excellent service. This place is the best rodizio I have ever been to. Thank you for such an incredible experience!
I had reservations for a late dinner at this restaurant. I was a little anxious because they were closing soon after our reservation time and I wasn't sure if it would be worth the price. I was pleasantly surprised. The food was amazing, the servers were friendly and knowledgeable. We were able to enjoy our meal without feeling rushed and overall had a great dining experience.
I honestly have no insight into the value/price here, as I was here for a business dinner, but I will say regarding the selection of meat, salatable and beside dishes, rodizio grill is absolutely top notch with their offered and eating was exceptional. the only thing that kept me from giving full traces is that I felt as if I had a water refill or only drinks in general lasted a long time, and I did not necessarily end up with the flag down server our table. the meat server came fast and often. small weight, but the rest of the experience was excellent.
We wanted to try something new for a birthday party. I really don't understand any of the bad reviews. we have kept up and we were sitting right away. our waitress cynthia explained in detail how everything worked. we were served immediately and never had to wait for something. the offers of different meats were all very tasteful and delicate, the grilled pineapple with a brown sugar glaze was phenomenal and went well with the sink. there was so much to choose in the salatable, and so many different items. there is absolutely no way that they would starve. as it was a birthday dinner, we also got a free dessert of flan, which was a really good portion and wonderfully tasted!
The reservations are poorly managed We arrived on time for our reservation (3:30 on Sunday) and were told please wait 5 minutes about 15 minutes later we were finally seated. The kitchen also does a poor job of producing enough food in a timely manner. After we were seated, it was over 30 minutes before we ever had anyone come by with beef and we never had several of the items on the menu come by. I only got Bife com Parmesão by asking for it and we were never offered any Bife Com Alho or Pernil. We sat with empty plates for well over 50% of the time we were there. The salad bar was also not being kept up and was missing multiple items. I have eaten at multiple Fogo do Chao locations in the USA and many churrascarias in Brazil and in Portugal and this was the most disappointing experience of all I have ever been to.
