The service was friendly and impressively efficient despite how busy it was. The food was tasty, and they happily provided extra fries and sides when requested. They do a great job maintaining a clean and inviting atmosphere.

The atmosphere was pleasant. When I was seated, my table wasn't very busy, but they had to adjust something. The burgers aren't as good as they were before the 2020 pandemic, so I'm not sure how the restaurant is doing financially. They appeared to be quite understaffed. The waitress seemed overwhelmed and often forgot my orders. The wait times for everything were quite lengthy. However, the food was still good, and I really love the fry sauce.

The sandwiches and burgers here are excellent; I've never been let down. Plus, they serve fantastic fries that are hard to beat. If you're not in the mood for fried food, there are plenty of other options available. A friend of mine particularly enjoys the onion rings. The decor features vintage photos and an eclectic mix of items, creating a charming atmosphere. The staff is consistently friendly and welcoming.

The manager at the service was aliyah, Host linda and our was Server Ana. Linda greeted us with a smile asking us how many and showed us on our table. Our server didn't talk to us for 15 to 20 minutes. Before I went to the host booth and asked if we had a server? My son was hungry, he's 18 months old and isn't the easiest to wait. I ordered the fish and chips. One of the pieces of fish tasted and I later felt not good like stomach upset. My glasses were set empty for a while before the server came back to ask if I wanted a refill. The manager put all the food on the tables. But isn't the task of a server to serve you food? I understand she helps once in a while, but honestly, she should ask tables how vampires are going. I was a server and refuse to type someone over 10% who doesn't deliver my food.

The food was great as usual. The rating is 3 stars because our server, Jasmine, provided poor service. She was not polite or friendly and didn't bring out my fries until she brought out the rest of the food, usually they bring out your fries before your meal. There was another server there who was kind enough to assist us when our server had disappeared for about 10 minutes. Definitely still one of my favorites for food, but the customer service makes a big impact and it's the only time where we had to get our own boxes to take over any leftovers instead of having the server ask first then bring them because she was too busy vacuuming right behind our booth.
