Nacho Daddy - Salt Lake City

I don't know who would eat this dish. The chicken quesadilla was excessive. It might be okay with regular cheese, but with vegan cheese it was too overwhelming to eat, especially with the type of cheese they use here, which is overly cheesy and creamy. The vegan queso was disappointing. I regret asking the waitress to bring it. It was a mistake to try the vegan options at this restaurant in Salt Lake City.

I was initially hesitant to revisit this restaurant after my first experience because I had ordered something not on the menu. I didn't see chimichangas listed anywhere, but they were willing to make it for me. Unfortunately, it was not good, but since it wasn't a standard menu item, I didn't blame them. This time around, I tried the chicken quesadilla and it was delicious. I have updated my previous review on March 29, 2022.

This restaurant offers a variety of clearly labeled vegan options, including dishes like veggie tacos and vegan queso. While the menu is not entirely vegan, there are plenty of choices available. The staff is friendly and welcoming.

I ordered the vegan chik’n to go afteros and I loved every bit of it. during the ordering of the employees were also super nice and it is great to see that they have their own vegan queso!

Vegan friendly Mexican in SLC! Food Was very surprised by the entire vegan section they had of their menu. We got the vegan chik’n fajitas with lettuce wraps these were pretty good and came with beans, rice and guacamole. Lettuce leaves were too small to eat with so we would recommend tortilla option. Also got the frozen strawberry margarita which we loved. Service Service was quick and good Atmosphere Pretty generic Mexican fast food atmosphere they clap when someone takes a shot of tequila with a scorpion in it which is their specialty! Price Pretty decent price for the money as we were able to split a dish and it was a lot and most dishes are sharing size. Mi Ranchito Grill
