Firehouse Bbq - Salt Lake City

I am vegetarian but my SO loves ribs. When I found out this place has vegan curry and ribs I had to give it a shot. I expected the curry to be just alright as BBQ is the focus but, I was so wrong the curry BLEW MY MIND. My SO loved her ribs and all the different sauces were on point. All in all Amazing Food, Friendly Staff, Nice Atmosphere. 10/10 Would Recommend.

Felt like the southern barbecue I grew up with in Texas. Really great brisket and the small business feel. They were extremely attentive to our needs while overall just providing great service. You should check it out.

I cannot stress how impressed I was with this place. The owner was very nice, they were on top of service, and the food was insanely good. 10/10 would go again!! They have interesting options for mixing BBQ with Thai food, but the owners themselves are Thai, and the curry was to die for. Great atmosphere, lighting, and design. Great comfort food :

This is a solid BBQ place. I'm not a huge fan of everything on the menu, although the ribs and collard greens are to die for. The chef makes all of his own hot sauce too. There is not a ton of sitting, but I've never had trouble finding a spot. The staff is very nice and during the warm months the entire front of the restaurant is open to the air.

Really cool spot! Super nice people and really good food! The brisket is the best I've had! The brisket has a diffent flavor than most places if I lived in Salt lake I would be there every day. Pulled pork really good, mac and cheese is tasty. The people were really nice and greatful that we stopped in you gotta love that! I tried a couple other places around town by far the best and they use a real stick burner not those ovens the other restaurants are using! Just pull into the parking lot and smell the goodness!
